So as of 2:30 yesterday afternoon, my bankruptcy petition was signed by moi and I have officially filed for bankruptcy.
(If you're sitting here going, wait WHAT?, you can reference my original post here!) It's been so much work up until this point for me and now that I've signed off on it all, I can sit back and relax for a little bit. And there's still work to be done, but such a huge step is out of the way that I can't help but go, WHEEEEEE~! :)
I spent my day today cleaning the heck out of this house, and it looks beauuutiful now! :) We're having some great friends from out of state over this weekend so I'll be MIA for a bit, but I hope everyone has a great and refreshing weekend with lovely weather! :D

Accomplished is a great way to feel. I'm glad the weight has been lifted from your shoulders. We all have to do what is best for ourselves and we can't let social stigmas hold us back or give us anxiety. I'm glad you'll be able to live a more peaceful life because of this.

i hope it works out. i have thought about filing for bankruptcy too. i also have a lot of debt. lets see how that goes.
Dont know how difficult could decision have been. But what makes you happy is the best for you. Sounds like you are looking forward to a happy weeknd after the burden off ur shoulders and that what is imp:-) anything that brings smile back in life.

Wow it sounds like you had a really hard time!! I'm glad you've sorted it all out!
I can't pretend to know how scary that whole process must have been for you. It seems as if it was the right decision, though and I'm sure it's a huge relief to have that taken care of.
